<p>The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alleged on Saturday that the central government had began demolition work on a temple in Sriniwaspuri, Delhi. Party leaders, led by Kalkaji MLA Atishi, held a protest near the Neelkanth Mahadev Mandir, condemning the action and vowing not to allow the BJP administration to demolish it. Atishi also shared an eviction notice issued by the Union Urban Affairs Ministry's Land and Development Office to the "unauthorised" occupants of the temple on Twitter, claiming that the BJP government would not only demolish the temple in Sriniwaspuri with bulldozers, but also the faith of the millions of people who worship there.</p>
