From time to time, Pakistan keeps singing the same melody about the Kashmir issue in many forums. Now Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has once again raised the issue of Kashmir during his New York visit. Bilawal Bhutto said that he does not see any signs of improvement in Indo-Pak relations.</p> <p>Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had arrived in New York to attend a program of the Council of Foreign Relations. There he was asked that what is the possibility of improving relations with India amid the flood situation in Pakistan? In response, Bhutto said that at present there is no possibility of this. Bilawal Bhutto said that Pakistan is currently facing the problem of heavy floods and India has also not offered any help to the flood victims.</p>
