Maharashta CM Announcement: 'Home' conflict continues in Mahayuti, here's why Shinde-Fadnavis clashed with each other

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis are reportedly at odds over key department allocations within the Mahayuti alliance. Sources indicate that Shinde had specific demands for the "Home" department, leading to a tug-of-war with BJP leaders. However, reports suggest the BJP may have devised a formula to resolve the issue, ensuring Shinde’s concerns were addressed while maintaining the alliance’s balance of power. The compromise has sparked speculation about the strategies employed by the BJP to secure agreement. Observers now question how the BJP managed to settle the dispute and what concessions or tactical moves were made to appease all factions within the coalition.
