<p>A hospital in Jabalpur caught up in flames and became absolutely wrecked, as CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan said measures have been taken regarding such incident. Question regarding who is responsible for the 8 deaths in the hospital from burning remains, as hospital authorities remain silent.</p>
