<p>Sanjay Raut and the questioning by ED went through 18 hours throughout Sunday, after which he was arrested in midnight. When arrested, he kept a saffron scarf with himself and dramatically made his arrest known to the media and public watching, which also led to protest across Maharashtra by Shivsena. </p>
